Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund rules for CTS : Civil Test Series digital test access purchases.

Digital access cancellation

  • CTS provides digital online test series access.
  • Once paid access is activated, cancellation is generally not available.
  • Refunds are generally not provided after access is activated.

Refund eligibility

  • A refund may be considered only for duplicate payment, failed payment with amount deducted, or access not activated after successful payment.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 3 days from the payment date.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method as per the payment gateway or bank timeline.
  • No refund is provided for poor score, change of mind, exam postponement, or unused access.
